Emma Riiser Berge

I am a Master of Science student at the Saatcioglu lab, Department of Biosciences, University of Oslo. I am majoring in Molecular Biology and Biochemistry. I am especially interested in translational cancer research, molecular mechanisms of drug resistance and tumor immunology. In my MSc project, I am working on elucidating the functional role and tumor promoting effects of endoplasmic reticulum stress signaling in cancer cells. When not in the lab, I like playing tennis, going to concerts, and participating in quiz competitions with my team of friends every week.
